- any holding company, or affiliate of LabLogic Group.
- certain third-party when required by law or court order, or as requested by any government or regulator or law enforcement authority or agency.
We may share your information within the LabLogic Group if it is necessary to fulfil the contract we have with you. For example, you are based outside the UK and place an order with LabLogic Systems Ltd. In order to provide the goods or service to you in a more cost effective and timelier manner, we instruct a company within the group which is situated in the same country to process your order. We will only provide the information necessary and relevant to the order placed. i.e. Contact name, shipping address and goods purchased.
