Software Developer - UK (Sheffield based)

The Role

We are seeking an additional member for our development team to design and create interesting exciting C# projects within Visual Studio. The candidate must be energetic and ambitious. The candidate will need to work within our existing team and help push the product forward by understanding the customers’ needs and developing the product to a high standard using existing coding standards.

Responsibilities

  • Writing and implementing efficient code.
  • Bug fixes within the existing code base.
  • Liaise with customers over requirements for new development.
  • Understand the customers’ needs and work within a highly regulative industry.
  • Work within an existing team and drive a project forward.

Requirements

  • Excellent C# Knowledge.
  • Experience of object-oriented coding principles.
  • Experience of MVVM architectural pattern would be beneficial.

Life Sciences Sales Executive - UK (Sheffield based)

The Role

As part of the Sales team, you will be the product specialist for our life sciences range, which includes a growing range of microplate readers, cell imaging systems and general lab equipment. Your role will involve working with customers across the academic, pharma and biotech industry to understand their needs and provide solutions from our products.
In this position you will also work closely with other departments to develop the product customer base, increasing awareness of your products and providing an excellent overall customer experience. You will be provided with a company car, laptop and mobile phone to assist you in your role.

Responsibilities

• Attending and presenting at trade shows both with colleagues and individually.
• Maintaining and increasing face to face customer interaction with efficient planning and appointment management
• Keeping customer records accurate and up to date using the Company CRM regularly, including brief reports of all visits
• Securing new business for our life sciences range of partner products with organizations across your UK territory
• Achieving and growing total revenue consistent with company and individual goals

Product Support Specialist - UK (Bath based)

The Role

We are seeking an additional member for our technical team to help support, train and roll out the software to our customers. Post-COVID-19, this post will be based in Bath Spa and will include regularly visiting our Sheffield office.

The role will involve providing support for our customers via email, TeamViewer, over the phone and on customer sites. The successful candidate will be part of a small support/development team. The role will involve providing IT support on site for customers during installations, providing training and customizing the software.

There will be opportunities to travel throughout Europe and Worldwide supporting customers.

Responsibilities

  • Providing help desk ticket based support
  • Phone and remote support
  • Development of technical literature (help files, FAQs etc)
  • Installation and configuration of LabLogic’s and supporting software (MS SQL Server etc)
  • Software and hardware trouble shooting

Requirements

  • Excellent IT skills (MSSQL/Oracle/Windows Server/Windows Desktop)

LabLogic Inc - US

Project Manager - Radiopharmacy (PETra) - USA

The Role

Due to the success of PETra, our market leading LIMS software for radiopharmaceutical production, we are currently seeking a new support person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in PET/SPECT production and be familiar with FDA regulatory compliance.

The role would come with some international travel and is varied with focus on deployment, training and support of our LIMS software programs.

Requirements

This is a customer facing role with a high level of interaction to advise on numerous technical aspects with respect to implementation, processes and applications. Therefore, the following skills are essential:

  • In-depth knowledge of radiopharmaceutical production processes
  • Understanding of FDA compliance and GMP
  • Ability to work with end users on-site to ensure successful deployments, training and ultimately customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work with the internal PETra development and QA teams to help drive future developments
  • Enhance training materials and provide basic and/or advanced instrumentation and applications training to customers
  • Ability to understand and work with IT teams at customer facilities
