The Role

Do you want to work on software that streamlines the logistics surrounding radiopharmaceuticals for cancer scans?

We are seeking an additional member for our development team to design, develop, and test our Online Order Communications system for nuclear medicine. You will need to be an experienced full-stack Angular/C# .Net developer, and willing to take on challenges to push the product forward.

You would join a passionate, dedicated team and have the ability to make real impact on all aspects of the product from day one, both inside and outside of development.

As a full-stack developer you will be involved with the architecture, design, development, and testing of current and future functionality/products and will participate with the constant improvement of the team’s processes and procedures.

Outside of development there is opportunity to coordinate with our Marketing, Sales, and QA teams, as well as the potential for overseas travel to our customers’ sites for installation. Sales Support Coordinator - UK (Sheffield based)

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to play a crucial role in LabLogic Group’s sales operations and executive support functions specifically across the UK, US, French, and German teams. This role involves handling sales-related administrative tasks and ensuring effective communication both internally and externally.

This position is essential for maintaining smooth sales operations, strengthening distributor relationships, and driving process improvements as the company continues to expand.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor CRM usage ensuring data accuracy, dashboard maintenance, and the development of new proposal templates/user guides, while supporting CRM feature testing and system troubleshooting.
  • Manage and update the internal price list, ensuring new products are added with proper details and supplier price list updates are implemented.
  • Conduct an annual review of internal pricing and issue an updated Distributor Price List.
  • Monitor incoming sales inquiries, providing first-line response and logging them in the CRM based on product interest.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on tenders, procurements, and large projects, and assist with administering tender responses.
  • Provide timely updates and communications to distributors, oversee onboarding for new distributors, and track distributor agreements and documentation.

Digital Marketing Apprentice - UK (Sheffield based)

The Role

As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you will be involved with each of our 7 brands, helping position them within their respective markets including the USA and Europe. You will work in a team of five including a Group Marketing Director, Brand Manager, and Marketing Communications Executive and Digital Content Marketing Executive.

You will produce a wide range of supporting digital media across various platforms including email, website and social media. You will closely support the product managers in business development and identify ways to convey messages through creative editing. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will need the ability to deal with multiple projects, whilst maintaining good attention to detail and accuracy. You will be a people person who can manage relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.

The Role

Field Service Engineer - US (Atlanta based)

The Role:

We are looking for an additional Field Service Engineer based in Atlanta to join our service team, providing field service, technical support, software support, and user training to our customers. You would primarily work on LabLogic radiodetectors paired with HPLC systems and Hidex scintillation and gamma counters, which are used daily in cutting-edge research across the country and beyond. This is a great opportunity to work with a customer-focused company supporting several of our key, niche product lines. This position will be based out of the hired candidate's home-based office and will require heavy travel. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific and technical background and will be eager to learn new skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct installation and basic user training of instruments and software
  • Provide preventive maintenance, upgrades, and repairs
  • Perform validation services (IQ/OQ) of hardware and software
  • Provide technical, and when appropriate, application support
  • Work closely with service management to coordinate schedule and prioritize service needs
  • Record work performed in the service database and prepare service reports in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Engineering/Biology/Chemistry related degree with knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and software
  • At least 3 years professional field engineer experience or laboratory background, preferably in the pharmaceutical or nuclear medicine industry
  • Experience and knowledge of liquid chromatography (HPLC) or liquid scintillation counting
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Occasional international travel required

The Role

Working as part of a small but busy team, alongside our other Production/Repair Engineers and warehouse staff. The role, will require you to repair, build and test various electronic equipment, updating processes and procedures and at times providing customer support whilst always making sure our quality standards are met.

You will report to the Operations Manager.
