ISO 9001 is awarded to LabLogic, Inc.

ISO 9001, the internationally recognised standard for the quality management of businesses has recently been awarded to LabLogic, Inc.

“Implementing a quality management system at LabLogic’s US office has been one of our key objectives for some time,” Colin Stokes, Quality Manager at LabLogic explains. “The UK office achieved this goal in 1997 and has maintained its status since. We always intended that the US office would follow suit and we are pleased to announce that a successful conclusion to this project has been reached.”

However, despite this success the company will not be resting on its laurels. “Our aim in introducing ISO 9001 has always been to use it as a benchmark by which to structure the company'’s operations rather than purely an award for reaching a designated set of standards” said Colin. “Indeed, the process of acquiring the accreditation for the Brandon office has given us a real insight into the way our business works both in the US and in the UK and as a result has helped us to make improvements at both centres. These improvements have not only benefitted our operations as a whole, but we hope they will also be welcomed by our customers, who can rest assured that we remain committed to improving efficiency and productivity throughout our organisation.”
