Using the Hidex/Okolab gas controller unit in conjunction with the Sense

The environmental control system for the Hidex Sense uses an external digital gas flow control unit to manipulate the atmosphere in the chamber of the microplate reader. A recent study to highlight the determination of hemoglobin spectra in living red blood cells of fish made good use of this new capability.
