The world’s leading metabolism LIMS - Debra
Debra is the world’s leading metabolism Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) which has been in use for over 30 years. It was introduced in the 1980s as the first LIMS for radiolabelled metabolism studies.
Debra improves efficiency, compliance, and captures data directly from equipment used in the process. Debra is a modular system designed to manage the life cycle of metabolism studies. It allows you to define simple or complex study protocols to suit your needs.
The treatment module guides you through the design, preparation, and analysis of dose solutions Data captured through dosing, sampling, and pooling is also managed in Debra.
Samples can then be analysed using a direct link to LabLogic’s Laura radiochromatography software, with calculations, including concentrations and recoveries easily performed, and a wide range of reports available at the click of a button.
As well as the workflow modules, Debra also provides functionality for regulatory compliance, labelling, and document management. Extraction Trees also help further analyse and characterise existing samples.
A number of study types are also available within Debra. ADME including Mass balance, Tissue distribution, and PK. Protein Binding including Ultrafiltration, Ultracentrifugation, and Blood Cell Partitioning. Environmental Metabolism for soil studies, Topical Application for plant-based studies, and whole body autoradiography.
