The software’s quick start wizard allows users to run a number of tests in just two clicks
Thanks to Laura Radiopharma’s quick start wizard, radiopharmaceutical QC has never been quicker. This smart feature allows users to run measurements in just two clicks of a mouse through an intuitive User Interface.
It is compatible with a number of key analytical methods and QC tests. This includes gamma spectrometry for radionuclidic identification and radionuclidic purity using the Spec-RAM range, and radio-TLC for radiochemical purity using the Scan-RAM range.
Click one
Once a method has been configured in Laura, it is saved as a tile to the home screen, meaning users can start all future runs immediately. Any number of methods can be created and saved, which is particularly useful for facilities handling many different isotopes.
With the first click, select which saved method you want to run.

Laura saves methods into preconfigured tiles for quick selection.
Click two
The selected method’s key parameters and preparation notes can be reviewed and edited if needed. Once the user is satisfied, simply click again to hit start and the measurement begins. It’s that easy.
By automating method setup and execution after initial configuration, the wizard reduces human error, shortens training time, and simplifies validation.

Key method parameters and notes can be reviewed and edited before hitting start.
Automated data analysis and reporting
At the end of the measurement, automatic peak identification and pass-fail criteria make analysis simple, allowing for further edits if needed.
For gamma spectrometry runs, a decay curve is plotted in real-time on screen and automatically compared to known half-lives, allowing nuclides to be identified immediately. A gamma spectrum is acquired simultaneously to measure nuclide purity.
Finally, a report is automatically generated, ready to be printed.
