AGLTS 2 - beyond glove testing

AGLTS 2 is the brand new fully automatic GMP compliant glove integrity testing system for isolators and RABS in the pharmaceutical industry, developed referring to the Positive Pressure Decay Method which follows the international standard ISO 14644-7 Annex E.5.

AGLTS 2 is an evolution of the first automatic glove testing system developed by Tema Sinergie, from which it inherits features, know-how and stability.

As a matter of fact, it is definitely more than just an upgrade. AGLTS 2 responds to and anticipates the needs that the pharmaceutical industry will meet in the near future.

Simple and Functional Interface

Capacitive 10” color touch display for immediate access to all commands, even when wearing gloves, and optimal visualisation of real-time data and reports.

Customisable

The system can test any type of glove port available on the market, thanks to a customisable adapter.

Reliable

On-board precision calibration and validation system, with no need for either additional devices or destructive tests performed on the glove.

Glove Life Cycle Management

New feature to provide the operator with a clear and prompt view of all the data and parameters of the gloves, both tested and yet to be tested; and the entire life cycle of the glove itself.

LDAP Integration

For an easy integration of the system into the customer’s Active Directory Domain.

Performance

AGLTS 2 offers performances that make it a state-of-the-art glove box test system, which anticipates and responds to the needs that the pharmaceutical industry will meet in the forthcoming years.

Specifically seeing the EU GMP ANNEX 1, AGLTS 2 has an on-board calibration and validation system to increase reliability and minimising any false results.

Autonomous

No need for external connections for electrical or pneumatic supply.

Practical

Battery recharge via wireless inductive system, via its dedicated charging station.

Flexible

The system hosts an integrated PC, for data management from the system interface directly.

Ergonomic

The ergonomics of the system have been designed to minimise any downtime and speed up the necessary test procedures. The materials are easy to clean and compatible with sanitising agents and bio-decontamination processes.

Simple and immediate management

The recognition and identification of the glove to be tested happens by means of RFID technology (Radio Frequency Identification), for simple and clever management.

  • Can quickly perform a complete glove test, according to the glove material, size, and parameters inserted in the test formula.
  • Can detect holes of minimal dimensions with maximum precision.
  • On-board precision calibration and validation system, with no need for either additional devices or destructive tests performed on the glove.
  • Long lasting lithium battery. Battery recharge via wireless inductive and dedicated charging station. A full charge covers the whole daily activity.
  • Capacitive 10” colour touch display for immediate access to all commands, even when wearing gloves.
  • No need for external electrical or pneumatic connections.
  • AGLTS 2 can test any type of glove port available on the market, thanks to a customisable adapter.
  • Designed to speed up the test procedures. The materials are compatible with sanitising agents and bio-decontamination processes.
  • RFID technology carries out the recognition and the identification of the glove to be tested.
  • The system hosts an integrated PC for data management from the system interface and direct report creation in PDF format, in compliance with the provisions of 21 CFR Part 11.
  • Remote system access for updates or maintenance.
  • Wireless network connection.
  • Easy integration of the system into the customer’s Active Directory Domain.
