The LabLogic Group wins the International Trade category at the Yorkshire Business of the Year Awards

The award recognises LabLogic’s achievements in opening up new global markets along with significant growth in existing ones
The LabLogic Group is pleased to announce it has won the category for International Trade at the Yorkshire Business of the Year Awards. Presented to Managing Director Richard Brown at a ceremony in Leeds, the award celebrates the very best business successes from across the Yorkshire region and recognises success in new international markets as well as significant growth in existing ones.
A rigorous judging process saw each of the nominated companies visited by members of the judging panel before a shortlisting process. Each company on the shortlist was then invited to present to the panel, with the winners revealed at a high-profile black-tie awards evening in Leeds in February.
Managing Director Richard Brown said, “I am extremely pleased that our efforts in a broad range of international markets have been recognised. The whole LabLogic Group has an incredible pool of talent drawn not just from Yorkshire but from around the world and, in partnership with our network of global distributors and partners, we have been able to position ourselves as the market leader in many of the application areas that we serve.”
Exporting to over 110 countries
The LabLogic Group has now exported to over 110 countries, including more than 20 new ones in the last 12 months alone. We have a presence on all seven continents, including Antarctica, and supply 18 out of the top 20 global pharmaceutical companies along with many leading cancer research centres.
Our offices in the UK, US, France, and Germany are supported by a global network of 53 distributors and we have close working arrangements with some of the world’s leading bodies in different nuclear science sectors, including the International Atomic Energy Agency, GE Healthcare, and IBA.
Although we always keep one eye on the global market, we keep another firmly at home. Over two-thirds of our manufacturing supply chain comes from the wider Sheffield region with final assembly at our production facility on the Sheffield Business Park. The Group also maintains a strong presence in the UK domestic market, with key supply routes to the healthcare, civil nuclear, defence, security and academic sectors.
