Orla’s Order Insight Dashboard gives manufacturers key insights into their customers’ order history and behaviour
As a dedicated online ordering platform for radiopharmaceuticals, Orla allows manufacturers to see how their production is responding to customer demands. Designed for operational managers, production planners, and commercial teams, Orla’s dashboard brings together visual summaries and interactive charts to turn raw order data into actionable insight.

Intuitive doughnut and line charts show the status of orders, product demand, and how quickly orders are being booked into production over time. Interactive bar charts highlight total orders and average lead times per customer, with the ability to drill down progressively by product, site and end user.
All insights are scoped to a configurable date range, allowing teams to analyse recent performance, spot emerging trends, or review historical periods. Identifying bottlenecks, delays and which products are in high demand allows production to be futureproofed accordingly.
Matching demand and capacity
With Orla’s Order Insight Dashboard, suppliers can move from reactive order handling to proactive production and customer management based on informed decisions. Using the platform’s Production Plan, manufacturers can advise customers on product availability as well as quantities and deadlines, ensuring that demand is matched to available manufacturing capacity.
