PET LIMS on show at target chemistry workshop
20 July 2010
From 25th to 28th July, LabLogic Systems will be exhibiting at the Thirteenth International Workshop on Targetry and Target Chemistry in Roskilde, Denmark.
In line with the Workshop's focus on the production of radioisotopes for biomedical research and the diagnosis and treatment of disease, the company will highlight its products designed for PET applications.
Included will be demonstrations of LabLogic's PETra LIMS, which provides a unique solution for PET data collection, storage and reporting by interfacing with all the equipment in a production facility - cyclotron, synthesis instruments, dose calibrator, balances and pH meter. Importantly, PETra also complies with the new FDA cGMP regulations for PET facilities that come into force in December 2011.
The company's attendance at the Workshop follows the recent installation of PETra in the PET facility of the Herlev University Hospital near Copenhagen, Denmarks national speciality cancer treatment centre.
