LabLogic flourishes as it’s awarded Silver Investors in People accreditation

LabLogic is awarded silver Investors in People accreditation
LabLogic is delighted to announce that, following our recent Investors in People (IIP) assessment, we have achieved a prestigious silver award, which is only reached by the top 25% of IIP accredited organisations.
Organisations that meet the world-recognised IIP Standard reflect the very best in people management excellence. In recent years, the new 6th generation standard has been developed to keep pace with modern advances in the workplace.

IIP accreditation is the sign of a great employer, and an organisation committed to achieving success by realising the potential of their people. LabLogic Systems should be extremely proud of their achievement.”
LabLogic has been IIP accredited since 2005, however, with a new IIP framework being released, the decision was made to aim for reaccreditation to a higher 'silver standard'. Richard Brown, Managing Director at LabLogic said, “After reviewing the changes to the IIP standard with the senior management team, we decided to go for the more advanced accreditation. As the company has grown over the past few years we have made a conscious effort to invest in our senior management team and they have gone on to develop our people management processes and procedures. The decision by them to strive for this higher award was in itself really pleasing for me.
To achieve a silver level accreditation is great recognition for the hard work put in over the past few years and shows that as a company we are certainly moving in the right direction. I am now looking forward to working with IIP and the management team to move towards even higher standards.”
The in-depth IIP assessment included an online questionnaire to be completed by all staff, a series of interviews with various staff members, and observations by the assessor.
The feedback from the assessment was extremely positive and included some great feedback:
- 98% of staff at LabLogic agreed “my organisation is a great place to work”.
- LabLogic scored 757/900, which is well above both the IIP and industry benchmarks.
Hev Bingley from IIP said, “It was a pleasure to assess LabLogic Systems. There is a clear and strong team ethos, a lot of banter and humour, as well as a keen interest in the company’s performance. Staff are clearly committed and loyal to the company, which is demonstrated with 98% of people agreeing “my organisation is a great place to work”. I look forward to seeing the continued progress over the next three years towards the aspired platinum level.”
