What radiopharmaceuticals does Orla support?

All of them!

Orla can be configured to support the ordering of multiple-dose vials, calibration doses, patient-specific doses and cold vials. Each product type can be defined with its own unique properties, making Orla a highly flexible platform capable of supporting the ordering of any radiopharmaceutical.

The platform is designed to manage both hot and cold product supply with equal confidence. Tailored features address the distinct challenges and regulatory requirements of each, ensuring smooth, reliable operations across the entire supply chain, regardless of product type.

Orla also supports clinical trial dose ordering. Products can be fully preconfigured within the system and assigned to specific customers, ensuring controlled, accurate and compliant ordering for trial environments.

How will our customers know they are ordering from us?

When a customer logs into Orla to place an order, the platform allows you to use your own company logos on the login screen, header and favourite icon. You also have the option to include your own logo on emails generated by Orla.

Can Orla integrate with existing applications?

Yes, Orla has an API which can be used by our customers to transfer data from Orla to other third-party applications and software platforms.

How is Orla deployed?

Orla can be hosted by us at LabLogic, which requires no work from the end user. Alternatively, Orla can be deployed into your own cloud environment with support from LabLogic to ensure this runs smoothly.

How do I make sure I can supply orders that are placed?

Orla gives suppliers the ability to control ordering based on a production plan. The production plan can be set with a maximum activity or allow ordering based on the number of orders. This ensures that orders that cannot be fulfilled are not placed.

What if a customer wants to change an order?

Once an order is booked in for production, it cannot be amended by the ordering user unless they submit a change request. The change request can either be accepted or rejected by the supplier.

If it is accepted, the order is automatically updated with the changes. If it is declined, the order details remain the same at the point of booking.

Evergreen Theragnostics, USA

Evergreen Theragnostics is a US-based radiopharmaceutical Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO) that uses Orla to manage ordering and production. Evergreen was the first ever user of the new software and worked in partnership with LabLogic to develop a practical, working solution that addresses the unique demands of the radiopharmaceutical industry.
